All income from room rentals subsidises our Low-cost counselling project.
Located on The Parade, a conservation area in Cardiff, is our Therapy Centre, offering a private, professional, warm and welcoming environment.

We are a 5-minute walk from Queen Street train station and parallel to Newport Road and its selection of bus routes. On street chargeable parking is available.

We offer room hire for professionals seeking an independent practice with the knowledge that they can rely on a quality and a welcoming environment for their clients.​​
Our Rates for Room Rental
(9am to 9pm)

£10 per hour for over 3 consecutive hours.

All renters are required to provide proof of professional membership and insurance

All renters are required to sign a rental agreement (no stipulation on no. of hours per month)

Renters have access to an online platform to book and manage their room rentals
