The course focuses on a holistic approach to wellbeing and is open to all, helping you to develop essential skills for managing stress, anxiety, anger, and other key areas that impact daily life.
Each session includes guided exercises, and you are provided with a Wellbeing Pack containing evidence-based tools, scripts, and planners to help participants build lasting habits.
