Claire is a Senior Manager at Admiral Group Plc in Cardiff. She has held a variety of roles in a long career at this Welsh FTSE 100 Financial services company, currently Head of Household Claims. During her time at Admiral, Claire has developed significant experience in Operational and Risk Management roles, across a number of Customer Facing Departments in the UK. She has also held the role of Head of Customer & Conduct and led a number of large, complex transformation projects.
